Cat, what is the flavor and texture like? I like the idea of whole wheat, but it can sometimes be dry. I have had potato rolls and I like them, but never in pizza. Does it accentuate the flavors on the pizza too?

You know how the potatoes give bread a great flavor and tenderness? It does the same thing with the pizza dough, I can't describe it, but since you like potato bread you know the flavor I'm talking about. As far as the basic texture it seems like regular pizza dough to me. I always substitute some whole wheat flour in my recipes so to me on that part it doesn't make any difference. I havea friend though that can't even eat store bought wheat anything; she says it tastes terrible! LOL So the whole wheat flour addition I guess is just in your own taste.

Thanks. I may just have to try this when the grandkids come back down.
