Nonstick cooking spray
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 envelopes quick-rise dry yeast
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup very warm milk (120-130 degrees)
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 egg


Peach Filling
1 (21-oz.) can peach pie filling
Handful of dried cranberries or cherries, optional


Streusel Topping
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
Pinch salt
2 tbsp butter, softened


Mix batter ingredients (the flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, melted butter, very warm milk, almond extract and egg) in a large mixing bowl or a pre-sprayed 8 x 8" baking dish. Transfer to the sprayed pan from the mixing bowl. Top batter with the peach pie filling mixed with the dried cranberries or cherries.
Mix streusel in a small bowl, mashing with a fork till mixed. Sprinkle evenly over the peach filling. Bake by placing in a cold oven. Then immediately set temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes, or tillbaked through. Cut into rectangles and lift out with a spatula; serve warm or cool. — From Fleischmann’s RapidRise Yeast 9 servings
