Nonstick cooking spray
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 envelopes quick rise dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup milk, very warm, 120-130 degrees
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cold butter, sliced into thin pats
1 egg

Toppings
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
2 tbsp milk
6 precooked sausage patties, not too brown
3/4 cup pancake syrup, divided

Mix batter ingredients (flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla, butter pats and egg) in a large mixing bowl, stirring vigorously to help incorporate the butter pieces. Turn batter into an 8 x 8" baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Combine 1/2 sugar and cinnamon in a small bowland set aside. Whisk together the 3 eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Top batter evenly with the cinnamon sugar, and the precooked sausage patties. Pour egg mixture over the top. Drizzle with 1/4 cup of the pancake syrup. Bake by placing in a cold oven. Immediately set temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes, or till done. Drizzle remaining 1/2 cup pancake syrup over the top and cut into large rectangles to serve, each piece lifted out of pan on a wide spatula. 6 servings — From Fleischmann’s RapidRise Yeast
