This was a Campbell's recipe I tweaked a bit; really good and makes a lot!
3 tbsp olive oil
4 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
4 medium sweet peppers,(I used red, green and orange), cut into strips
4 medium onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
7 1/2 cups Mushroom Italian Spaghetti Sauce
Hot cooked spaghetti
Heat oil in saucepan. Add chicken and cook till browned and done stirring often.Add peppers, onions and garlic and cook till tender. Add pasta sauce and heat through. Serve over spaghetti. Serves 15
