1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp instant coffee granules
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp fat free evaporated skimmed milk
2 tsp margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thickened. Remove from heat. Add margarine and vanilla and stir till margarine melts. Serve over whatever ice cream you desire! Yum--:p yum!
