View Full Version : Almost Too Easy Potato-Chicken-Cheese Soup

1 package Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
2 c milk
2 c cubed cooked chickens
2 T minced onions, sautéed
3 cans chicken broth
1—2 carrots, sliced
3 slices cooked and crumbled bacon

Mix everything together. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle a little cheese on top. Make 6 servings.

Putting this one in my "potato soup" file, we love potato soup and this one would defintely be an easy one to fix some time when time is short, thanks!

Not feeling well today and wanted to make some soup for supper so this one will be it tonight! I have some au gratin mix in the pantry and some leftover chicken from a roasted chicken so easy supper tonight!

Wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed this soup! Instead of the bacon bits I used 1 tsp liquid smoke and I put a large onion, chopped in it. Going to plan on keeping some of the au gratin mix on hand for this one!
