I like to cook this and use it for sandwiches!
6 lb. bone in turkey breast, skinned
2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed & undiluted
vegetable cooking spray
1/3 cup honey
1/2 tsp ground allspice
Place turkey on a rack coated with cooking spray. Place rack in shallow roasting pan. Combine honey, orange juice concentrate and allspice; brush over turkey. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees fo 1 hour. Uncover and bake 1 hour or till a meat thermometer registers 170 degrees; brushing often with honey mixture. Let stand about 20 minutes before slicing. 20 servings
