Maple-Pecan Syrup1cup maple-flavored syrup1tablespoon butter or margarine1/4cup chopped pecansPancakes2 1/3cups Original Bisquick® mix1/3cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)1 1/4cups milk1/4cup vegetable oil2tablespoons sugar1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4teaspoon ground nutmeg1/4teaspoon ground ginger2eggs 1.In 1-quart saucepan, heat syrup and butter until butter is melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in pecans.2.Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or to 375°F. Grease griddle with vegetable oil if necessary. In medium bowl, stir all pancake ingredients until well blended. For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.3.Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook other sides until golden brown. Serve with syrup.

I like pumpkin pancakes! I'll have to try your recipe- I like recipes that use Bisquick and the recipe I use for pumpkin pancakes doesn't use it, so this one will be much friendlier! Thanks!
