4 lbs pork baby back ribs
2/3 cup yellow salad mustard
1/3 cup pepsi OR coke(do not use diet)
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Peel the membrane off the back of the ribs. If you can't do it ask your butcher to do it for you. Mix all the wet and dry ingredients together except for the BBQ sauce. Rub the marinade onto the ribs. Cover or wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.Remove ribs from the fridge and let them come to room temperature, about 30 minutes. Prepare the grill for the indirect method of cooking. Put ribs on grid or in a rib rack.Smoke-Roast at 250 degrees for three hours and fifteen minutes or until ribs are tender.Mop on the BBQ Sauce 10-15 minutes prior to removing the ribs from the grill.
