1 tbsp Tabssco Pepper Sauce
8 slices French bread, cut into 1 inch slices
4 eggs
2 cups Milk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Sugar
Cherries :
1 can Bing Cherries, pitted
1/2 tsp Tabasco Habanero Pepper Sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
To prepare the cherries, add all the ingredients and cook until you have a nice syrupy liquid. To prepare French toast, beat eggs in bowl. Add the milk, cinnamon, sugar, and Tabasco Pepper Sauce. Mix well. Transfer to shallow dish. Soak bread on both sides until saturated. Fry in skillet over medium heat(do not over crowd the skillet). Cook till golden brown, and then turn bread. Cut into quarters. Spoon the cherries over the French toast
