6 T oil
2 T sesame oil
1/4 c soy sauce
2 T minced garlic
1 T fresh minced ginger
1/4 c minced fresh cilantro leaves
2 medium scallions, thinly sliced
ground black pepper
2 chicken breasts cut into 1 1/2” chunks
Whisk the ingredients, including pepper to taste, together in a small bowl. Mix marinade chicken in a ziploc bag; seal the bag and refrigerate, turning once or twice, until the chicken has marinated fully, at least 3 hours and up to 24 hours. Makes 3/4 cup.
