1/2 c oil
1/3 c red wine
2 T fresh lemon juice
1/4 t dried thyme
1/4 t black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
In measuring cup, whisk together oil, wine lemon juice, thyme, pepper and garlic. Place beef in ziploc bag or shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over top; seal bag refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours, or overnight.
