2/3 c 7-Up
1 egg
1 T sugar
1 T oil
1 1/2 c Bisquick
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. (Whisking together won't get the same results.). Let stand for 10 minutes. Heat a non-stick skillet and spray with non-stick spray.
Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet. Allow to cook until bubbles form in the top; flip. Continue cooking until done.
