2 heads lettuce, coarsely shredded
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
3 avocados, sliced
1 small pkg Roquefort cheese
French dressing
clove of garlic
Rub a large mixing bowl with a clove of garlic. Place lettuce, eggs, avocados, and crumbled cheese in bowl. Pour over all your favorite French dressing and toss together thoroughly.
