View Full Version : Another Cranberry Sauce

1 can crushed pineapple
1 can cranberry sauce
1 pkg cranberry jello

Drain and reserve juice of pineapple. Let pineapple set so remaining juice will drain out of it. Put cranberry sauce in bowl and mash. Heat to almost boiling 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice. If you don't have enough, use water for the remainder. Dissolve jello in pineapple juice. Put jello mixture in cranberry sauce and stir well. Make sure there are no lumps. Add pineapple. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

On the pineapple do you use and 8 oz can or a 16 oz can? And also with the jello small box or large box?

The pineapple would be the larger can, and the jello would be the small box. Can't get back in there to change it. Sorry about that.
