Oven: 400
12—15 Minutes

2 c lukewarm water
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 t salt
2 pkgs active dry yeast
1 egg
1/4 c oil
6 1/2 - 7 c flour

Mix together lukewarm water, sugar, & salt. Add the yeast. Stir in egg & oil. With a spoon stir in flour, a little at a time. Make a ball & place in lightly greased bowl. Cover with a damp cloth & put in refrigerator. Punch down as dough rises. Keeps 3 to 4 days. Make cloverleaf, Parker House, Rosettes rolls or bread sticks. Bake. Note: Can be used after first rise and punch.
