1 1/2 lb ground sirloin
1/4 c red wine
1 small onion, finely chopped
1— 2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t seasoned salt
1/2 t cracked black pepper
1/4 t garlic powder
Mix all the ingredients together. Shape mixture into 6 patties, each about 3/4” thick and refrigerate for a couple hours. Grill to desired doneness. Top with your favorite toppings. Serve with small side salad.
