Ice Cream Latte

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 c strong decaf coffee, room temperature

Pour coffee over ice cream in a mug. Enjoy.

I never thought of this as a latte! When I worked at a nursing home our "treat" after everyone was in bed at night was to have a large coffee and we opened little individual ice creams and popped out some in our coffee!~Making a latte and didn't know it! LOL
