1/4 cup tapioca
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup gingerale
Combine and cook over low heat till thick.
1 pkg. lemon or orange jello
1 small can crushed pineapple
cool whip
Make jello according to pkg. directions. Cool till consisitency of egg whites. Drain pineapple and fold into jello. Fold this mixture into tapioca and fold in one cup cool whip. Serve in sherbet glasses topped with cool whip and a bit of pineapple.
