Good on a hot summer day!
1 ( 6 oz ) can frozen lemonade concentrate, undiluted
1/2 cup cold water
1 pint lemon sherbet OR vanilla ice cream
1 ( 12 oz) can ginger ale
Process the first three ingredients in a blender till smooth. Then add the ginger ale. Pour into a pitcher and serve immediately. 4 servings
