Homemade Noodles

Homemade Noodles



2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp fat free sour cream
Flour to make a stiff dough
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Knead dough several times. On a floured board roll the dough out very thin and cut into narrow strips. Use these noodles in chicken noodle soup or any of your favorite soup recipes!

HHMMM....These sound easy enough for me to make!

How long do you cook them once you put them in the liquid?

I usually cook them al dente, because I don;t like them mushy, but you can cook them till they are to you liking in whatever soup you use them in.

I usually dont have any problems cooking but for some reason, I can seem to make noodles or homemade bread or biscuits. :confused:

I dont think that I will be trying anything new until we move. I will try them though! :)
