1 small round of Brie
3 T mango chipotle sauce
Wrap Brie in tin foil and either bake at 400 for 15 minutes or bbq for 15 minutes til melted. Unwrap and make hole in top. Put about 3 T mango chipotle sauce over the baked brie. Serve immediately with complimentary crackers. I didn't have any mango chipotle sauce, so I used mango chutney instead. Deliscious !
