Amaretto Coffee Creamer:
3/4 c non-dairy coffee creamer
1 t almond extract
1 t ground cinnamon
3/4 c confectioners sugar
In a jar with a screw-top lid, combine all ingredients and shake well to blend. To make Amaretto Coffee: Place 1-2 T of creamer in a mug and fill with 6 ounces of coffee.
Cappuccino Coffee Creamer:
1 c Hot Chocolate Mix
1 c non-dairy coffee creamer
1/8 t allspice
1 t ground cinnamon
1/2 c nonfat dry milk

Mocha Coffee Creamer:
1 c cocoa powder
1/2 c nonfat dry milk
1 c powdered sugar 1 c non-dairy coffee creamer
1 t cinnamon

Bavarian Mint Coffee Creamer:

1/2 c Dutch process cocoa
3/4 c confectioners sugar
1/2 t peppermint extract

1 package butter mints, crushed
2 c chocolate malt mix
1/2 c instant chocolate drink mix
2 c powdered coffee creamer
