1 lb kielbasa sausage bacon slices, uncooked
brown sugar
Cut sausage into pieces depending on the width of the bacon. Cut bacon slices in thirds. Wrap a bacon slice around a piece of sausage and secure with a tooth pick. when all of the sausage pieces are wrapped, place in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle liberally with brown sugar. Place in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. If they don't look quite done, you can put them under the broiler for a minute or 2. As they bake the brown sugar caramelizes. Drain off excess grease. This recipe is so easy and absolutely delicious!
