2 filet mignon, 1 1/2” thick
3/4 c butter , divided
1/2 lb crabmeat, fresh
whole milk
1 pkg Knorr Béarnaise sauce mix
asparagus

Salt and pepper raw steaks before grilling. Broil 10 - 12 minutes on one side, then 8 - 9 minutes on other side. Simmer 1/4 c butter with crabmeat on low heat until warm. Prepare Knorr's Béarnaise sauce with 1/2 c butter and using whole milk only, by following directions on package. Put asparagus and some water into microwave for 2 - 2 1/2 minutes or until done.

To serve: Spoon half crabmeat over each steak. Spoon half the asparagus over the crabmeat on each steak. Cover with Béarnaise sauce.

Wow, another delicious sounding recipe. I will have to try when DH isn't around as he doesn't like seafood. lol
