1 pork tenderloin cut into 6 pieces
3/4 c flour
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 c bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
oil for frying

Pound until very thin. Mix flour, salt and pepper; dredge meat in flour mix. Stir egg and milk together. Dip meat in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Brown in frying pan with oil on both sides. This is delicious when served with mashed potatoes and Knorr Green Peppercorn Sauce, or Knorr Five Peppercorn Sauce (made to package directions).
