4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss Cheese
4 slices sliced Pepper Jack cheese (opt)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c milk
1 box Chicken Stove Top Stuffing
1/2 c melted butter
f. g. salt and pepper garlic
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
I put sliced mushrooms in it too and I would have put baby carrots in it and minced garlic..but I had no carrots and saving the garlic for another recipe that I am going to make. I threw some garlic powder in it. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Put sliced mushrooms on bottom. Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Put the soup mix over it. Combine soups and milk and cover chicken with it. Sprinkle stuffing mix over all. Drizzle melted butter on top. DO NOT STIR. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
