8 pieces chickens (legs & thighs, skinned)
2 1/2 T flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c water
salt
pepper
garlic powder
1 small container sour cream
2 c quartered mushrooms
butter for sauteing

Sauté chicken in frying pan to brown. Sauté quartered mushrooms. Place chicken in crockpot, Season to taste. Sprinkle flour on chicken. Mix soup and water til creamy. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on low for 4-6 Hours. Last half hour stir in mushrooms and sour cream. Nice gravy can be used over rice or pasta. Makes 4—6 servings.
