Made these the other night and everyone loved them

Sweet Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients:

cream cheese
sugar or other sweetener of choice
Cinnamon
jello crystals or koolaid powder (optional)
soft tortillas
Strawberries
chocolate syrup or melted chocolate

Mix up cream cheese, cinnamon and sweetener to taste. (I used liquid stevia and liquid splenda, to cut carbs down). You can add in some jello crystals or koolaid mix if you want to add a different color or flavor. I didnt use it. I used sugar free.

Lay tortillas flat on plate. Spread cream cheese mixture over tortillas. Cover with sliced strawberries (or other fruit of your choice). Drizzle with chocolate syrup or melted chocolate. Roll up tortilla and secure with toothpicks. Chill in refridgerator overnight or at least 12 hours. Remove from refridgerator and slice into 1'' rounds secured with toothpicks.

I used to eat Low Carb tortillas with cream cheese and natural pnut butter--or with just the pb.

These sound good. My kids might like them with the sprinkle of flavors added to them! :)

I wonder if that is because people like us aren't used to eating sweets?
