This is a great recipe for carb watchers who crave pizza because it eliminates the crust all together!
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1- 15 oz. can pizza sauce
8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 -3 1/2 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni, quartered
1/2 tsp. salt
In a large skillet cook beef and onion over medium heat till meat is no longer pink and drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2-qt baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minute or till heated through. 6 servings
