4 potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1/2" pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 lb. boneless turkey breast, thawed if frozen
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Combine rice, seasoning mix packet (or your own mix) with water in a 3 to 4 quart crockpot. Place turkey breast on top. In small bowl, combine maple syrup, preserves, cinnamon, and pepper and mix well. Pour over turkey. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours till vegetables are tender and turkey is thoroughly cooked and registers 180 degrees on a meat thermometer. 4 servings
