Lemon Mushroom Chicken
Serving Size: 6
-= Ingredients =-
6 Boneless/Skinless Chicken breasts or Thighs
1 Can Crm of Mushroom Soup ; (made as idrected)
Lemon ; Pepper to taste
Mushrooms (optional)
-= Instructions =-
Place Soup in baking pan and season liberally with the lemon pepper. Put the Chicken on top and cover with foil.
Bake at 400* for about 30 minutes
Use the "gravy" from this over cooked broccoli or cauliflower
