Low Carb Methodist Chicken
Serving Size: 4
-= Ingredients =-
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup sour cream ; (may use more if your diet allows)
1 onion, sliced thin
mushrooms
1/4 cup beef broth or bouillon
and
Pickone:
cooked ; crumbled sausage
dried ; chipped beef
ham,
crisp-cooked ; bacon
-= Instructions =-
sprinkle your "Pick one" choice from above into a 9 x 13 pan.
put 4 chicken breasts (not too thick) on top. Put some thinly sliced onions and plenty of mushrooms on top of chicken.
Mix as much sour cream with about 1/4 cup beef bouillon, pour over the meat. Cover with foil and bake at 300 for about 2 hours.
