I'll have to give this a try since it has balsamic vinegar in it. The only thing I've ever ate with blue cheese in it is the onion dip, but with this vinegar in this one maybe I'll like it too!

Years ago I had some in my refrigerator and I was very sick and so my MIL came over to help with the baby and thought she would help by cleaning out the refrigerator. Well, she threw the blue cheese out in the garbage and when I asked her why she said" that stuff had gone bad!"

I usually make it the morning of the day I will use it; DH doesn't like it because it has the "green" color so I make it when a friend is coming that likes it. She usually takes any left home with her. We usually just make a mixture of salad greens with some sliced tomaotes on top and pour away!
