This Recipe is Low Carb, too!
Flagrant Chicken
-= Ingredients =-
1 6ounce can tomato paste
1 14 1/2ounce can chicken broth
4 chicken breasts -- cut into 1/2" cubes
1 10ounce can tomatoes with green chilies -- diced
1 medium onion -- diced
1 ounce can mushroom stems and pieces -- drained
Seasonings ; to add later:
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cumin
3 teaspoons curry powder
freshly ; ground black pepper
-= Instructions =-
Put all the above in a crock pot and stir well -- start the crock on high
and let go for an hour and then turn down to low and let it "work" all day.
