1 cup sour cream
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
2 cups Hot Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
1 2 oz jar diced pimiento, drained
1 tbsp sliced green onion
Tortilla chips

Combine sour cream and cream cheese in small bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth.Stir in all remaining ingredients except tortilla chips by hand. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 3 cups
