Hi. This is my first time to this site. I think it will be very helpful to me especially when it comes to making meals for myself and my 6 year old. Like most kids, He is not to advertureous when it comes to trying something new, and of course, their tummys aren't that big either. It is hard making meals for us. Am I the only one that finds that a problem? If I am not alone, does anyone have any ideas to share?
In closing, I want to wish everyone a Happy Mothers Day.

Welcome to MM Pepper!
I too had a finicky eater when she was young and she still is finicky. There are ways you can hide food. For example, what about a spinach pizza or broccoli with cheese? You can also offer desserts if he eats X number of bites of his food. That way, he has to chance to try new foods or acquire a taste for them. Don't quote me, but I think his taste buds are still developing. Plus, they change every so many years.
Plus, I would worry too much if he is healthy and gaining weight. I am sure there are others who have better suggestions. Good luck!
