This works out great as a come home to supper ready! I usually put my spaghetti sauce in another slow cooker and fix the spaghetti squash in one and all you have to do when you get home in split and deseed the squash and supper is ready! And pull the prepared salad out of the fridge~!
2 cups water
1 spaghetti squash, a size which will fit in slow cooker
With a skewer or large fork, puncture several holes in the squash. Pour water in the slow cooker and add the whole squash. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours. Split and remove seeds, then transfer the "spaghetti" strands to a bowl.
