1/3 cup reduced fat ricotta cheese
2 tbsp cappuccino dry beverage mix
1/3 cup marshmallow creme
3 tbsp fat free, Cool Whip
15 Mini Fillo Shells,1 box ( you can buy these in the frozen food section along side frozen pie shells)
cinnamon, for garnish
In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cappuccino mix and marshmallow creme. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon or pipe 2 teaspoons of filling into each fillo shell. Garnish with a dust of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
