This recipe is from Almost Homemade Cookbook
1 tbsp cornstarch
15 oz. can blackberries, drained and juice reserved
1 tsp lemon juice
8 oz. tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls
Cool Whip,thawed
In a mixing bowl, dissolve cornstarch in reserved juice and add berries and lemon juice. Mix well and spoon into a greased 8 x 8" baking pan. Set aside. Separate cinnamon rolls and arrange over blackberry mixture. Bake at 400 degress for 15 to 20 minutes tillgolden and sauce is bubbly. Garnish with a dollop of whipped topping. Serves 8.
