Chicken Pot Carbquik Pie


-= Ingredients =-

1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables ; thawed
1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
1 can condensed fat free low sodium cream of chicken soup ; (10 3/4 oz)
1 cup Carbquick (can use Bisquick if you dont need low carb)
1 cup milk divided 1/2 c and 1/2 c (Hood Calorie Countdown milk is low sugar, low carb)
1 egg

-= Instructions =-

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix vegetables, chicken, 1/2 cup milk and soup in ungreased 9 inch pie plate.

Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into
pie plate.

Bake 30 minutes or untill golden brown.

Another pot pie recipe for you pot pie lovers! This one was really good! Better than the other I posted, because it was juicier. I tripled this recipe and added a little extra milk. It was very good!

This one sounds good too, we love pot pies and DH can't eat any that you can buy frozen so I make them when we want some. Never thought of using the soup in them, bet that does make a good gravy in them!
