This is a recipe from 101 Things To Do With a Potato
Bake 4 medium potatoes, and heat 1 1/2 cups chunky spaghetti sauce. Spoon sauce over slashed hot baked potatoes. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded part skim shredded mozzarella cheese. Garnish with the kids' favorite pizza toppings.
