These are even good out camping, bring along the sesoned mashed potatoes in a container in your cooler and wrap each prepared dog in foil and cook over a campfire!
Make lengthwise slits part way through franks. Spread openings with mustard and fill with fluffy mashed potatoes which have been well seasoned with minced onion, chopped parsley, and pepper to taste. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees!
