1 head lettuce
1 can pineapple chunks
1 cup grated velveeta cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Cut lettuce and pineapple chunks and grated cheese. Mix 2 tsp pineapple juice with mayonnasie till creamy, add to salad just before serving.
