1 can salmon, cleaned if you don't like to crush up bones and skin into it)
1 1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup onion, minced
Combine all ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 45-50 minutes till done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Good served with cheese sauce.
