This came in a newsletter from Kraft Foods; sounds really good and tender so thought I'd share it!
3/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 lb.)
Pour dressing over steak in large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and turn to evenly coat steak with the marinade. Refrigerate at least 3 hours to marinate, turning occasionally. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade and discard bag and marinade. Grill steak 5 minutes on each side or till medium doneness (160 degrees). Remove from grill and cover with foil. Let stand 5 min. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices. Makes 6 servings
