12 oz cod
4 tbsp red tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp yellow tomatoes, chopped
4 tbsp Italian reduced fat dressing
1 tsp fresh chives, chopped


Spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray and lay fish in pan. Bake fish at 425 degrees till it flakes easily; around 15 minutes. Toss tomatoes with dressing and chives. Makes 2 servings
For each serving:
Place 1 fish piece on serving plate and top with 3 tbsp. of the tomato mixture.

Per Serving: 160 calories, 2.5g total fat, 0g saturated fat, 70mg cholesterol, 180mg sodium, 3g carbohydrate, less than 1g dietary fiber, 1g sugars
