12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup onion, minced
4 eggs
2 cups half & half
1 tbsp green pepper, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 9 x 9 baking dish place bacon and top with Swiss cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese and bacon. Bake for 15 minutes and then reduce oven to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
