This is great over angel food cake, or serve warm over waffles.:)
3 cups frozen sliced peaches, thawed
1/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp grated orange rind
1/8 tsp allspice
Combine peaches and orange juice in a saucepan. Bring to boil and cover and reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into electric blender and process till smooth. Return to pan, add sugar and remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer uncovered 5-10 minutes or till thickened. Store in refrigerator.
