1/4 cup orange juice
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp grated orange peel
1 large apple. chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped celery
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
In a bowl whisk orange juice, mayonnaise, lemon juice and orange juice till combined. In another bowl combine apple, cheese, celery and walnuts. Add orange juice mixture and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Makes 2 servings
